We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and I had my mini schnauzer with me. We originally had a reservation with Air BnB but there were issues and we were not able to get into the condo building because of lack of communication from the host so we had to find a new place to stay quickly. We found Ibis hotel by filtering for dog friendly and I am so glad we did. The whole hotel was squeaky clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we felt safe at all times. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Thank you Ibis hotel and staff!
This hotel is nice, rooms are compact but they had what we needed. We do have an issue that has not been resolved, on 09/13/25 we were at the bar and bought (2) XX beer and (1) pina colada, I was charged $216.82 dollars and I don't know if I will be refunded the difference?? I contacted them early today and made a claim with my bank. It could be a bad money conversion?? hopefully. However they have a great breakfast buffet and a very pleasant waitress. :) 09/22/2025 I wanted to edit this review because I believe great people deserve credit. Needles to say, the mistake was mine and I did get a call or a message and realized that the charge was NOT from Ibis. I thank you all for correcting me and making me aware of the charges. It was exceptional and I made all my stars a 5 :-)

Excellent location. Comfortable rooms. You have the best tacos in the world right across the street (Tacos El Franc). There's an Oxxo (like a 7-eleven) right next door. Walking distance to the famous Mercado Hidalgo. Centrally located and convenient to everything in Tijuana.
I have stood in this hotel twice while visiting in Tijuana. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming and very supportive.
Sales Manager was exceptional and responsive. Rooms were adequate and very clean. Breakfast was spectacular and staff very friendly. Very convenient location to Vision Mendez, and Hyperlife Also pet friendly was a bonus
Clean and efficient rooms. Not the biggest but enough for a cozy stay for a couple. They provide a bottle of filtered water for each night. They do nickle and dime you for a lot of different items at the front desk though, but overall im happy with my stay for the price. Parking is plentiful below and secure.
Hey peeps...so we have stayed here multiple times and have never had issues.. good location..great tacos across the street (Franks).. mercado hildago is a short walk away...but this time we had a few small inconveniences....no towels...tv inoperable (after some trouble shooting got it to work)...shower door wouldn't close, maintenance did repair it...these were small inconveniences,..won't stop us from staying again...for the price and location it's is great.
